Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receipt of your return however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please return the faulty item in all original packaging with a note stating the fault. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item with a note stating which item you would like to exchange for. Please note if there is a difference in price, you will be notified of any charges or credits.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Please include all original packaging and packing slip (please keep a copy for yourself) and any notes on reason for return/exchange.
Shipping Policy
We ship within 1-5 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time.
The $5 shipping and handling fee includes shipment with UPS ground.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship within a reasonable amount of time.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes. Providing a PO Box as a ship to address will result in significant delays as we will need to contact you directly for a physical address.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is UPS ground shipping. You should receive your products within 7-10 business days from the day you order them.
Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day and 2 Day shipping for most items. Fees are based on the weight of the shipment. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.
International Shipping: We currently ship to the USA and Canada via UPS. |
